HHS Class of 2011
Dear HHS Alumi:
The Hanford High School Class of 2011 Senior Party will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at the Columbia Basin Racquet Club. This traditional, all-night party serves as a memorable and safe celebration for the graduates in a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
The graduation party is not funded by the school district or the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA); it is planned and hosted by the parents of the graduating class. The success of this activity depends upon the involvement and support of parents, community members, and generous contributor’s. Our goal is to have a wide variety of exciting prizes for students attending the party, plus several grand prizes to be drawn during the evening to keep them at the party until the end of the night. We hope we can count on your support this year. Any contribution you make will be greatly appreciated.
Proceeds from ticket sales and donations will be used for facility rental, prizes, refreshments, decorations, entertainment, printing, and publicity. All funds raised will be spent in connection with the celebration.
Donations may be sent to me; please make checks out to the “HHS Senior Party”. Contact me for mailing address, or to make arrangements for pickup of a donation or a prize for the party.
